In 2011 government agencies (mainly the VA) held 1000 conferences, meetings and seminars on stopping the epidemic of suicides among veterans and military personnel.
Here is a presentation by the VA which had very little attendees which seems to be the standard in these presentations.
I have been to five (5) of these types of meetings and everyone was the same !
I wonder how many people who get free trips vs how many actually learned something?
x/10 = number of seminar attendees over the number of registered conference attendees ... I am sure the public would be in an uproar if they knew the truth !
