In accordance with VA Directive 2011 - 004
I acknowledge as a physician that patient ________________________________ does smoke marijuana and his/her use does show up in his/her blood stream during standard VA blood test.
That being said, … I confirm patient is not a schizophrenic and therefore may/or may not benefit from the use of this drug.
